Basic understanding of maintenance and equipment operation principles. * Strong organizational and planning skills, problem-solving ability, proactivity and autonomy in task completion, effective communication for coordinating with technical teams, and excellent attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the development and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment. * Collaborate in planning the resources required for maintenance interventions, including technician availability, tools, and materials. * Keep updated records of completed work and equipment maintenance histories. Monitor compliance with established deadlines and the efficiency of operations. * Support the identification of improvement opportunities in maintenance planning and execution processes. * Serve as a liaison for communication and coordination between the field technical team and management, ensuring information flow for efficient service execution.
