Responsibilities: * Develop internal systems that automate operational, commercial, and logistical processes, strengthening business efficiency and traceability. * Integrate external APIs (Shopify, Google Sheets, payment gateways, among others) to connect data and simplify management across platforms. * Optimize the scalability and performance of our e-commerce and backoffice platforms. * Design and implement automated dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making in key areas. * Apply best practices in development, security, and documentation throughout the software lifecycle. * Collaborate directly with sales, operations, and marketing teams to translate business needs into technological solutions. * Continuously maintain and improve the current technology stack, ensuring stability and constant evolution. * Develop services and automations that optimize order flows, tracking, lead generation, and other critical processes. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or related fields * +2 years of experience developing technological solutions or integrations in startup or e-commerce environments. * Desired experience with Shopify or other online sales platforms. * Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with a foundation in modular architecture and good coding practices. * Knowledge of webhooks, HTTP requests, and API documentation. * Ability to solve complex problems and work independently. * Clear communication and results-oriented mindset Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days on-site) Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.4,500.00 per month Work Location: Remote position
