1\. Maintain the cold room, freezing tunnel, boilers, elevators, electrical system, and machinery involved in product production and storage. 2\. Record repair activities in detail. 3\. Monitor daily temperature conditions in the cold room. 4\. Coordinate regularly with the Services Coordinator and Administrator departments. 5\. Properly manage and inventory tools provided for job performance, handing them over in an orderly manner during job transfer. 6\. Keep plant facilities 100% operational through daily check\-list records. 7\. Supervise and issue reports on work performed by third parties. 8\. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly according to the task being performed. 9\. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations (RSST).
