




We are looking for a professional for the position of "Occupational Health and Safety Specialist". We are a company dedicated to the construction of low and medium voltage electromechanical projects, and providing services to the general industry such as maintenance, installation of electrical networks, equipment, electrical and/or electronic accessories, and other related activities; supply, marketing, distribution, leasing of electrical equipment, among other activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. · Intermediate level in MS Office. · Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). · Basic knowledge in developing safety, occupational health, and environmental programs. · Courses or specialization in safety and environment. · Work Location: Office – Operational Units within Lima. **FUNCTIONS:** · Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations regarding Occupational Health and Safety, providing necessary guidance to personnel at the project. · Disseminate the SIG Policy and policies related to OHS, standards, and laws regarding current legal requirements to all project staff, suppliers, and subcontractors. · Monitor that construction activities are carried out in a safe working environment, complying with occupational health and safety guidelines. · Participate in promoting the OHS Management System through safety talks, inductions, and workshops. · Assist the Chain of Command in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, and support Foremen and Supervisors in developing Safe Work Analyses (SWA), and completing work permits and checklists. · Train personnel on matters related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment according to current regulations and other related topics.
