Leading company Caffarena with over 25 years in the textile market. We are currently seeking a retail sales supervisor. FUNCTIONS: * Coordinate and supervise administrative and operational processes of company-owned stores * Supervise and assist in the requirements and performance of company-owned stores (field visits, phone calls or other effective communication channels) * Coordinate and participate in managing orders and extraordinary requests from company-owned stores * Review and propose store displays according to marketing guidelines * Inspect store infrastructure * Propose and carry out visit routes to company-owned stores * Supervise improvement of customer service delivered at company-owned stores * Guide staff through product advice, sales management, and company service standards * Prepare relevant information about Grupo Chiozza brands and competitors within company-owned stores * Monitor achievement of results according to organizational goals * Coordinate induction and training for positions, as well as delivery of materials to staff * Participate in recruitment and selection processes for new staff in company-owned stores * Prepare reports and manage returns, seasonal changes, promotions, and discounts * Validate and supervise monthly shift planning for stores under their responsibility * Monitor stores with inventory discrepancies * Conduct periodic meetings for designing and reviewing action plans REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Administration and/or Marketing or related fields, oriented towards sales * 3 years of experience leading sales areas and personnel management * 3 years of fieldwork and site visit experience * Proficiency in reporting tools **Knowledge and analysis of key indicators (daily sales, average ticket, conversion rate, stock)** Intermediate level Office skills WE OFFER: * Formal employment with full legal benefits at 100% * Corporate discounts * Ongoing training * Work schedule: 48 hours per week Suitable for people with disabilities.
