Leadership. * Extensive experience in the selection and sizing of mechanical equipment for material handling (crushers, mills, conveyor belts, screens, etc.). * Proficiency in software for material handling equipment sizing (Sidewinder, Belt Analyst). * Analytical and synthetic thinking ability. * Ability to organize, plan, and make decisions. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * More than ten years of experience. * Intermediate level of spoken and written English. * Desirable to have completed specialization courses in: + Mechanical Design + Mineral Processing + Project Management * Relocation is not offered. * Development of mechanical discipline deliverables (Reports or Technical Reports, Calculation Memos, Design Criteria, Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, Drawings, Equipment Lists, Quantities or Measurements, Procurement Action Requirements, Technical Evaluations, Vendor Drawing Reviews). * Apply mature professional judgment in designing practical and economical solutions. * Perform interdisciplinary coordination with clients and suppliers. * Establish effective working relationships with colleagues and clients. * Carry out other related or complementary duties that enable the comprehensive and timely achievement of the position's and respective area's objectives, in coordination with the discipline lead.
