Support the account commercial manager (KAM) in activities directly related to contract management, before and during execution. Responsible for informing and advising stakeholders in the inventory management process for usufruct contracts, in coordination with the company's contract administration, services, and business lines. Respond appropriately to customer requests for resources established in the contract governing their presence at mine sites, including dedicated warehouse personnel. Coordinate with the company’s technical departments the development and follow-up of joint proposals to provide suitable solutions to customer needs, verifying the proper alignment between solution scope and customer expectations, focusing on spare parts, consumables, and services that can be consolidated into spot or long-term service packages with the customer. Collect and transfer updated market intelligence regarding products and services offered by competitors that could substitute our products and services. Provide technical support in tracking strategic quotations related to services/products for your assigned customers. Maintain contact with customer maintenance, planning, operations, and contract departments to detect and develop new technical requirements enabling contractual agreements and mutual work commitments. Organize a minimum of monthly internal organizational meetings to define scopes for potential long-term contracts and relevant spot orders, aligned with customer category. Propose training plans for strategic customers based on identified specific training needs to foster joint field collaboration. Fulfill all labor obligations corresponding to current legislation and internal company regulations, including those related to health and safety at work, both for the company and its customers (e.g., comply with Management System regulations, HSE Policy, RIT, RISST, Safety Standards, procedures, and control measures identified in IPERC, PETS, PETAR, and ATS; use PPE, attend scheduled trainings, report incidents, accidents or unsafe conditions, ensure order and cleanliness, stop any activity posing significant risk to personnel health, safety or the environment; comply with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001:2007 standards as applicable; and others). Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor according to your position. Required Profile University degree, graduate or bachelor's in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Metallurgical, Electrical Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within the industry—NOTE THAT THE JD REQUESTS MINIMUM 8 YEARS. Knowledge in concentrator plant maintenance.
