Operations Supervisor Community company Raccaya; is an organization with operations in the main Catalina Huanca Mining Unit – Ayacucho, specialized in transporting minerals and various materials within internal operations of the Unit. REQUIREMENTS: · 3 years of experience in the position and/or performing related functions in the mining sector, with mineral and material transport fleets. · Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. · Knowledge in operations management, safety management, occupational health and environmental management or related areas. · Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule at the Catalina Huanca Mining Unit - Ayacucho. · Advanced level Excel skills RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise owned and subcontracted fleet operations, as well as manage and organize resources designated to support operations. · Take appropriate corrective and preventive actions in case of accidents or incidents. · Schedule environmental care and awareness talks. · Planning and coordination of units. · Monitoring operational status of units and fleet reporting. o Investigate all incidents and accidents, take corrective actions to avoid risks. **BENEFITS:** o Onboarding from day one with full statutory benefits. o SCTR and Life Insurance as required by law. o Full coverage of meals and accommodation provided. o Position type: Atypical full-time.
