





**Your challenges in this role:** Train and coach the sales force through sessions, courses, and workshops. Conduct visits to points of sale to ensure proper implementation of strategies. Deploy promotions, activations, and BTL campaigns with creativity and strategy. Follow up with potential customers to successfully close sales. Manage and administer merchandising (POP, print materials, etc.). Create and monitor digital campaigns targeted at the sales network. Record material deliveries and provide visual reports as evidence. Design and supervise sales contests, ensuring follow-up on results. Coordinate and strengthen relationships with distributors nationwide, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies. Crosland is a Peruvian organization with over 63 years of market experience in the Automotive sector, dedicated to the distribution of two- and three-wheeled vehicles. Requirements **What we are looking for:** Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience leading sales teams.  Experience in sales team training. Fieldwork experience. Knowledge of digital marketing (desirable). Knowledge of vehicle or consumer credit ️ Availability to travel within the country (essential) Intermediate level in Excel \- Intermediate Power BI knowledge \- Basic (desirable) Driver's license (desirable) Benefits What we offer!
