We are looking for a Sales Advisor passionate about fashion, strongly customer-oriented, and eager to grow with us. If you are proactive, love customer service, and feel comfortable in front of the camera, this position is perfect for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized advice and an exceptional shopping experience to all our customers. * Manage the complete sales process: from welcoming customers to closing sales at the register. * Actively participate in content creation and **conduct live broadcasts (Live) on TikTok** to showcase our products. * Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation (Visual Merchandising). * Assist in inventory management and product restocking. **Essential Requirements:** * Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or similar roles (preferably in the fashion industry). * Excellent communication skills, charisma, and a friendly, professional demeanor. * **Proactive, dynamic attitude with strong on-camera presence** (for TikTok Lives). * Excellent personal appearance, punctuality, and a high sense of organization and cleanliness. * Availability to work the scheduled hours in Pueblo Libre. **What We Offer:** * **Salary:** S/ 1,400 per month. * **Employment Type:** Formal MYPE payroll (with corresponding labor benefits). * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * **Rest Day:** One (1) rotating day off during the week. * A pleasant and dynamic work environment.
