





Company dedicated to the field of WOODWORKING AND METAL STRUCTURES requires: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT who will perform the following duties: \- Prepare administrative management reports. \- Manage daily cash flow and payroll. \- Issue receipts, invoices, and shipping guides. \- Analyze requested information and prepare reports. \- Provide administrative and HR support. \- Perform various procedures requested by immediate supervisor. \- Update databases according to assigned requirements. \- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Technical degree in Administration or related fields. \- Age: 25 – 32 years old \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions \- Advanced MS Excel experience. (Pivot tables and macros) \- Experience in Power BI (report generation) \- Ability to work in a team and actively collaborate \- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits: \- Direct hiring under general employment regime (full payroll) \- Basic salary: S/1500 soles \+ overtime / payment method: monthly \- Work location: 5 minutes from Av.
