





Develop negotiation strategies for Indirect Materials categories, ensuring competitiveness, quality and service of contracted items/services. **Responsibilities and attributions*** Conduct quotations, negotiations and issue purchase orders by comparing proposals, analyzing total cost, delivery lead time and quality to ensure competitive acquisitions tailored to the company's needs. * Select, approve and supervise goods and services suppliers through performance evaluations, regulatory compliance checks and periodic visits to ensure reliable partnerships, reduce risks and expand supply options. * Comply with internal regulations, purchasing policies and legal requirements by following approval workflows, recording transactions and coordinating with support areas (Legal/Compliance) to protect the company from legal and reputational risks. * Meet demands from IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Legal, among others, identifying purchase specifications and negotiating best conditions to ensure indirect supplies support company operations and projects. • Seek savings, extend payment terms and support budget management by negotiating contracts, proposing more economical alternatives and monitoring costs to improve the company's cash flow and optimize resource utilization. • Monitor contract validity, deliveries and renewals by tracking SLA indicators, schedules and critical dates in order to prevent supply disruptions and ensure service continuity. * Participate in all scheduled activities such as trainings, drills, audits and inspections related to safety, environment and quality, as well as those required by the job profile. * Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** **Recommended Education** * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields (desirable) * Special Courses/Languages: International Trade, Customs Administration (Desirable), Intermediate Portuguese/Intermediate English (Desirable) **Recommended Experience** * 2 to 3 years in similar positions.
