GRUPO CASAMAT E.I.R.L., a recognized importing company, is looking for a candidate to fill the position of accounting assistant. **REQUIREMENTS** * Student in the final cycles or graduate of a technical or university degree in accounting (Essential). * Experience in ERP management (Essential). * Skills in data entry in ERP: Bank operations, bank reconciliation. * Knowledge of recording bank documents, negotiable instruments, and withholdings. * Intermediate level in Office. * Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the position. * Proactive attitude and openness to learning. * Availability to work in Villa el Salvador from Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record purchase vouchers, supported invoices, disbursements, professional service receipts, and petty cash expenses in the system. * Record IMPORTS (DUAS SETTLEMENTS\-EXPENSES INCLUDED). * Verify that vouchers meet SUNAT's established requirements. * Keep physical and/or digital accounting document files organized and up to date. * Send monthly all necessary documentation to the external accountant for tax filing and preparation of financial statements (Excel pre-settlement Renta\-IGV\-IMPORTS). * Verify compliance with payment deadlines and tax filing dates. * Submit information requested by the external accountant within established deadlines. * Address observations and requests related to accounting, auditing, or inspections. * Provide accounting information for decision-making to the general management when required. * Review SUNAT emails via platform. * Enter daily exchange rate into the accounting system. * Perform bank reconciliations in the system. * Carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position.
