





OBRAMAR, a maritime industry company, requires the services of 01 ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. Education: \- Graduate or Technician in Accounting. \- Must have experience in payroll, cost analysis, expense reporting, accounts payable and receivable management, taxes, and accounting books. \- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ERP systems such as CONCAR, SIRE, among others. Competencies: Positive and professional attitude. Planning and organization. High degree of assertive and effective communication. Proactive. Responsibilities: Record and manage local invoices, utility service receipts, and professional service fees. Monitor and follow up on account statements for ESSALUD, Vida Ley, SCTR (pension and health) insurance. Verify the validity of all documents on the SUNAT platform (registered and active taxpayer). Record petty cash transactions, mobility/travel allowance sheets, and corporate credit card expenses. Manage reimbursement settlements. Prepare and supervise fixed assets schedule. File documentation and support the preparation of reports and other department tasks. Generate accounting reports. Ensure compliance with month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and monthly expense controls. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
