





An Accounting Assistant is required, with university academic training (final cycles) or completed technical level, with the following requirements: * Knowledge of Accounting Systems such as expense reports, petty cash, invoicing, ARC, to be evaluated. * Competencies: High sense of responsibility and integrity, proactive with planning and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure. * Proficient in Word, intermediate-to-advanced level in Excel. * Knowledge of Concar. * Availability for regular office hours from Monday to Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily recording of invoices. * Maintaining records of expense reports to be submitted. * Calculation of taxes (IGV, income tax, Plame, AFP, etc). * Prepare reports, tables, document filing, and other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. * Archive all documents delivered by different departments to the accounting department, among others.
