At HEPAR SAC we are looking for a FINANCE ASSISTANT, a valuable member who will join our great team. If you are interested in participating in the process, below is the profile we are seeking: WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? * Graduate of a technical or higher program in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial areas (treasury, budgeting, reconciliations, and financial analysis) * Experience using banking platforms * Knowledge of tax regulations * Intermediate level of Excel * Preferably residing in areas near the district of San Miguel. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? * Record payment requests and review budget balances for each department, and enter payments into the respective platforms. * Send payment receipts, control, receive, and register invoices. * Perform bank reconciliation for all transactions made with the budget. * Send and verify bank balances. * Forward customer income information to the collections department. * Execute budgets. * Prepare and analyze projected financial statements. * Update budget balance information to requesters. * Report to deputy management on the progress of accounting and accrued budget execution. * Manage petty cash. * Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.
