





A leading provider of road freight transportation services is seeking the best candidate to fill the position of Administrative Secretary: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, administrative secretary, or managerial secretary in service companies. * Knowledge of issuing invoices, electronic shipping and carrier guides (proven experience required). * Intermediate-level Excel skills (will be tested). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issuance of electronic documents in batches for shipment. * Tracking quotations and reporting consolidated cargo by shipping order and customer type. * Weekly and monthly closing and reconciliation of electronic documents with billing and accounting. * Coordinate billing issuance with the on-site collections team, follow up on granted credits, and report account reconciliations. * Documentation, tracking, and reconciliation of assigned collections. * Monitoring payment receipts and small cash fund service transactions. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Timely payments and flexible working hours. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM\-6:00 PM (half-day remote work, subject to agreement). * Basic salary \+ monthly variable pay up to S/ 1,600\. * Ongoing training and performance bonuses equivalent to up to 2 annual salaries.
