We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. **Requirements:** Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, accounting assistant, or similar role. Reside in areas adjacent to the San Miguel district. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in similar positions, especially in accounting records and imports. **Competencies:** proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Handling the billing system, issuing payment receipts based on customer purchase orders, verifying customer payment vouchers, accessing bank accounts to confirm incoming payments prior to issuing payment receipts. Daily reporting of income by payment method and monthly summary. Issuance of Shipping Guides, recording of accounting entries. Collaborating with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, providing import revenue data and transferring relevant information from your area so that finance can prepare the cash flow statement. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
