REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed and active Certified Public Accountant. * Specialized studies in accounting, tax, and financial standards. * Proficiency in office software tools (Intermediate/Advanced Excel, ERP or accounting software). * Up-to-date knowledge of Peruvian tax, accounting, and labor regulations. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar roles within finance or accounting. * Experience leading accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative teams. * Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Immediate availability and willingness to work in Arequipa (districts near José Luis Bustamante y Rivero). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the company's finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative areas, supervising and directing assigned teams. * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Design and propose administrative, accounting, and financial policies to optimize company management. * Supervise cost control, budgets, and cash flow. * Advise management on strategic decision-making based on financial, administrative, and accounting information.
