**We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team.** In this role, you will be key in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all accounting and treasury regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, consolidate, and monitor cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial sustainability * Manage treasury and payment operations, including cash reporting * Record payments on Netcash and Telecrédito platforms, attaching corresponding receipts * Process payroll payments, settlements, supplier payments, taxes, and others, ensuring timely fulfillment of obligations * Perform periodic bank reconciliations * Keep financial information files and records up to date * Classify, organize, and send accounting documentation to the external accounting firm * Validate and classify payment vouchers according to accounting entries * Record and monitor costs and expenses related to company projects * Update investment status and track payment dates * Issue payment vouchers * Monitor tax credit and perform tax projections * Supervise control of corporate account balances * Handle administrative tasks and maintain organization within the finance department * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Requirements:** * University degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields * Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel * Strong understanding of basic and advanced financial concepts * Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail If you are proactive and passionate about the financial world, this is a great opportunity to grow professionally with us. **We Offer:** * Learning opportunities in a dynamic environment * Competitive salary based on experience and profile * Company under general tax regime **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to work from Monday to Saturday? * Please state your salary expectations * Please provide your updated phone number Work Location: On-site position
