We are currently looking for two **Slot Room Managers** for our slot machine rooms in the district of **La Victoria.** **Requirements:** * Experience in the slot machine gaming industry. (essential) * Reside in neighboring districts. * Customer service oriented. * Intermediate level of office software proficiency. * Experience supervising work teams. * Knowledge of operational processes, budgets, procedures, and performance indicators. * Experience in cash reconciliation, audits, counting, bill handling, etc. * Experience managing personnel. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * High leadership skills. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the expected profitability for the organization by effectively and efficiently managing the available resources of the room. * Participate in monitoring room performance and implementing required action plans to ensure achievement of established room objectives. * Supervise all activities and compliance with procedures within the room. * Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of responsibilities.
