Someone with emotional and professional maturity to combine order, strategy, and social sensitivity within a single leadership role. **What you will do** * Lead administrative, financial, legal, accounting, and procurement operations. * Develop and monitor the company’s overall budget. * Analyze monthly financial statements and propose profitability and liquidity strategies. * Manage working capital, cash flows, investments, and financing. * Negotiate credit lines, leasing, factoring, and leaseback agreements with financial institutions. * Maintain financial balance and efficient use of resources. * Serve as strategic support to General Management in decision-making. * Lead teams with a human-focused approach and service-oriented culture. * Promote policies of efficiency, transparency, and sustainability. **What we require from you** * Professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics (preferably with specialization in Finance). * Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in manufacturing, food industry, or mass consumer goods). * Knowledge in financial planning, budgetary control, risk management, taxation, and digital tools. * Vision, integrity, empathy, and commitment to WAWASANA's values. * Ability to follow up and coordinate processes across work units. **What we offer** * Formal employment under the general labor regime. * A humane, calm, and meaningful work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and holistic well-being. * Discounts on brand products.
