Supervise the work team and provide continuous training. Handle reservations and ensure guest and customer satisfaction. Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase company profitability. Manage the budget, cost control, and petty cash of the hotel. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and drive improvements in facility infrastructure.
