Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cost Engineer in construction companies (mandatory) * Experience in building cost control, budget preparation, S-curves, comparisons, settlements, APUs, and measurements. * Knowledge of valuations and billing * Diploma in Costs and Budgeting (desirable) * Intermediate level in MS Office * Knowledge of S10 budget module * Knowledge of SAP (desirable) * Understanding of earned value and operational reporting * Knowledge of cash flow **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare comparisons, budgets, APUs, valuations, and settlements. * Monitor costs of assigned projects. * Coordinate with contractors. * Control waste reports. * Develop project S-curves. * Prepare projections and cash flow statements. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
