Our client, an important Peruvian company specialized in financial consulting services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Finance Manager**. What are the main responsibilities? * Lead the Finance team. * Manage financial information, analyze trends, and evaluate company performance to provide diagnosis and recommendations that define internal financial strategy. * Active participation in board committees, following the preparation of customized reports. * Prepare financial reports and recommendations presented periodically to the board committee. * Ensure compliance with the company's overall budget in coordination with other functional departments. * Comprehensive control and monitoring of factoring operations and issuance of guarantee letters (faithful fulfillment and labor obligations). * Continuous preparation and monitoring of the company's cash flow, meeting commercial and financial supplier obligations within established timeframes. * Maintain smooth relations with financial and governmental institutions (banks, investment funds, SUNAT, factoring companies), including documentation and report generation, leading meetings, among others. * Risk assessment, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. * Respond to information requests and reporting requirements from financial and regulatory entities. What are we looking for? * Professionals in Economics and Finance, Economic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or fields related to financial management. * Postgraduate specialization studies in Finance are desirable. * Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and other financial management software. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Leadership skills, helpful, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative personality. What are the hiring conditions? * Initial project-based contract for 3 months, with potential transition to permanent staff. * On-site work at the office located in Pueblo Libre. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30.
