On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Mining Project Manager with the following professional profile: Requirements: \-Professional degree and licensed in Mining Engineering or Civil Engineering. \-Specialization, diploma, or master's degree in Project Management, Economic Evaluation of Mining Projects, or Mining Finance. \-Solid knowledge in investment management, cost control, and budgeting. \-Strong expertise in CAPEX/OPEX and sensitivity analysis. \-Knowledge in evaluation of mining and civil projects (pre-feasibility and feasibility), preparation of cash flows and financial models, economic indicators: NPV, IRR, Payback, Profitability Index, Benefit/Cost. \-Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and economic modeling tools (Power BI, CostMine, or similar). Responsibilities: \-Prepare pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for mining projects and civil works. \-Develop projected cash flows, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses. \-Calculate economic indicators (NPV, IRR, Payback period, Cost-Benefit ratio, Profitability Index IR). \-Supervise schedules, budgets, and physical progress of ongoing projects. \-Analyze cost or schedule deviations, proposing corrective actions. \-Evaluate technical and economic proposals from contractors or suppliers. \-Implement and maintain a project financial control system. \-Prepare monthly executive evaluation reports for the Mine Superintendent and General Management. \-Present monthly project progress and expected profitability reports to the Mine Superintendent. \-Participate in investment prioritization and propose resource optimization alternatives. \-Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Administration, and Finance departments on investment prioritization. \-Ensure compliance with traceability, efficiency, and financial transparency policies.
