On behalf of our client, a company dedicated to hearing health, we are looking for **(1) Receptionist** who meets the following profile: Requirements * Technical and/or university studies, incomplete or completed, in administration, accounting or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience performing the mentioned duties. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in the Health sector**. (Essential)** * English language proficiency (desirable). * Must reside in districts adjacent to Miraflores. * Immediate availability required. Responsibilities: * Promptly and efficiently attend to customers via telephone and in person, maintaining high customer service standards. * Make and receive phone calls, handle inquiry emails, and take or deliver corresponding messages. * Provide assistance to individuals visiting the company offices (clients, suppliers, and general public), directing them to the appropriate personnel. * Manage petty cash. * Collect payments from patients and handle billing procedures. * Serve as liaison between clients and the company. * Ensure order and proper appearance of the company's reception area. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Work Location: Miraflores Work Mode: On-site **Benefits:** \- Market-competitive salary \- Payroll inclusion under MYPE (half-year bonus in July and December, 15 days of vacation) Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,700.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you live? * Do you have experience as a Receptionist in the Health sector? * Do you agree with the conditions stated above?
