We are currently looking for two **Room Managers** for our slot machine rooms, located in the district of **La Victoria.** **Requirements:** * Experience in the field of slot machine gaming rooms. (essential) * Reside in nearby districts. * Customer service oriented. * Intermediate level proficiency in office software. * Experience supervising work teams. * Knowledge of operational processes, budgets, procedures, and indicators. * Experience in cash reconciliation, cash counting, handling bill acceptors, etc. * Experience managing personnel. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * High leadership skills. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure expected profitability for the organization by effectively and efficiently managing available room resources. * Participate in monitoring room performance and implementing required action plans to ensure achievement of established room objectives. * Supervise all activities and adherence to procedures within the room. * Perform any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor within the scope of your responsibilities.
