





Supervisor (a) with Experience / Comas / Trapiche. Functions: * Responsible for personnel management in operations and operational results. * Supervise the quality of service in the dining room services provided. * Support in menu planning schedules. * Monitor the food preparation and distribution process, ensuring quality and hygiene at all stages. * Manage control of supplies, dosages, and their cost calculation. * Responsible for verifying supply stock levels in operations and sending the respective report. Sends stock information to the Operations Manager or responsible person, along with verification from the logistics department for supply order validation. * Responsible for generating and verifying that purchase orders (validated by the Operations Manager or designated representative of American Catering Sac) are fulfilled within established deadlines and meet required quantities. * Responsible for implementing corrective actions in case of operational issues (in coordination with the Operations Manager or designated responsible person, or as assigned by American Catering Sac). * Responsible for verifying raw material consumption during preparations and maintaining consumption records. * Manages and maintains timely records of complaints, claims, suggestions, information requests, and petitions from various stakeholder groups. * Reviews, together with the kitchen and/or production area, the quantities of portions to be produced in order to manage and control losses, as well as properly and promptly report identified losses and maintain a record of loss disposal. * Ensures supplies are used rationally and responsibly; unnecessary losses (due to expiration or deterioration) must not occur. * Reviews all demands before generating purchase orders and ensures requested products strictly correspond to the planned and/or approved menu. * Coordinates management aspects with the Operations Manager or responsible person, Quality Control, Human Resources, and when necessary, with the General Management of American Catering Sac. * Drives improvements in the work area through personnel under supervision and supervises staff performance in operations. * Conducts meal attendance control for services provided to support dining room valuations and generates requested reports and data summaries for different departments of THE COMPANY as required. * Ensures compliance with food safety and quality standards. * Verifies proper fulfillment of duties by all supervised personnel. * Uploads data to the meal attendance system and emails daily account statements upon closing the cash register. * Uploads all purchase invoices and receipts and reports via email to Finance and/or the department designated by THE COMPANY. * Submits petty cash reconciliation and reports via email to Finance and/or the department designated by THE COMPANY. * Complies with regulations, rules, and instructions of occupational health, safety, and environmental programs.
