(PE02\) Location: Projects Our company **COSAPI (P001\)** is looking for the best talent for the position of: **MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Prepare basic documentation and designs within their specialty for an industrial plant design project in mining. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Prepare engineering designs according to their specialty. * Review and verify drawings prepared by drafters or designers. * Apply quality management system procedures applicable during design development. * Review standards and regulations applicable to the project. * Perform preliminary, basic, and detailed engineering development and prepare technical documentation (descriptive reports, calculation reports, technical specifications, quantity takeoffs). * Prepare and review drawings (plant layouts, elevations, sections, isometrics, operation diagrams). **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and preparing detailed mechanical construction drawings. * Proficiency with tools such as Naviswok, Tekla, Plant 3D, etc. * Technical knowledge of design codes and standards relevant to the specialty. * Experience in designing industrial plants for mining projects. * Availability to work in Lima.
