We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Miraflores site under a 6x1 work schedule. Job Objective \- Coordinate, supervise, and optimize daily mine operations, ensuring the achievement of production, safety, and efficiency goals Requirements \- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related fields. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising underground mining operations. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Datamine. Main Responsibilities: \- Coordinate and supervise mining extraction, loading, and transportation activities from the office in MIRAFLORES \- Monitor production and safety indicators, proposing improvements. \- Prepare and present production reports to management.
