**POSITION MISSION:** Support the tracking and handling of finance department tasks, providing assistance in managing information and physical documentation for supplier payments in order to contribute to the execution of finance department activities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in tracking pending insurance claims. * Assist in testing projects related to Bank Reconciliation and the BCM SAP Supplier Payment project. * Support in automating area reports and documents. * Support in document control within the department. * Assist in coordinating with suppliers regarding negotiable invoices. * Support in responding to supplier inquiries through the supplier payment mailbox.
