* Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of SSOMA/SIG Manager. * Certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. * Train personnel on safe work procedures. * Availability to travel to Mine. Functions: * Deliver induction and safety talks to personnel before they begin work. * Conduct routine inspections to identify unsafe conditions and actions in coordination with plant operational staff; carry out necessary corrections. * Participate in the investigation of environmental impacts and aspects occurring within the organization. * Carry out visits, inspections, and audits to supervise compliance with company policies, regulations, plans, operational controls, laws, and SSOMA standards. * Measure workplace safety and environmental performance indicators. * Supervise emergency and contingency equipment. * Monitor the annual occupational health and safety program. * Ability to work under pressure and with strong communication skills. * Other duties assigned by supervisor.
