




We are looking for a **SAFETY ENGINEER** with 3 years of mining experience performing structural fabrication and electromechanical equipment installation to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Degree holder and registered professional in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within mining projects (mandatory). · Specialization studies or diplomas in Safety, Environment, Occupational Health, and/or Community Relations. · Up-to-date knowledge of current Peruvian legal regulations regarding mining, environment, and safety. · Experience working in processing plants or beneficiation plants. **COMPETENCIES:** · Proficient in implementing and managing integrated Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Community (SOMAC) systems. · Experience in environmental management plans, mining safety, occupational monitoring, and community engagement. · Skilled in risk analysis tools (IPERC, PETS, ATS) and developing legal compliance matrices. · Knowledge of applicable international standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IFC standards, or equivalent. · Ability to lead internal and external audits, as well as continuous improvement plans in safety and environmental performance. · Proficient in mining management software and office applications (advanced Excel, Power BI, among others). · Knowledge of investigation methodologies (ICAM, 5 WHY) · Risk management methodologies (BOW TIE, HAZOP) · Familiarity with homologation audit processes · Experience completing the closure of a SAFETY DOSSIER ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Availability for atypical 14x7 work schedule Job type: Full-time, Permanent Work location: On-site
