A specialized company in engineering, supervision, and project management is seeking a **Senior Concrete Construction Supervisor** to join a large-scale industrial project. **Requirements:** * Graduate and licensed in **Civil Engineering**. * Minimum of **10 years of experience supervising concrete works** in **industrial, mining, petrochemical, or large-scale infrastructure projects** is essential. * Knowledge of **BIM methodology** and experience with **collaborative platforms ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)**. **Proficiency in:** * Construction processes for reinforced concrete structures and mass concrete pours. * Quality control, technical standards, and site safety. * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Use of digital construction management tools (MS Project, advanced Excel, ACC/BIM 360, or similar). * Availability to work full-time at an **industrial construction site** (Callao / Metropolitan Lima). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control the proper execution of earthwork and reinforced concrete activities on-site. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety, and environmental regulations. * Review, monitor, and participate in the construction schedule. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams the sequence and release of work fronts. * Report physical progress and document site incidents using BIM/ACC platforms. * Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget as defined in the schedule. * Propose technical solutions for field interferences or issues. **Benefits:** * Immediate integration into a solid company within the industry. * Market-competitive salary based on experience. * Participation in large-scale industrial projects. **Work Location:** Industrial project – Callao. **Modality:** Full-time – On-site at construction site.
