




MISSION: Control on-site tasks related to the blasting process to fulfill the contract established with the client. FUNCTIONS: * Provide instructions to the on-site team regarding tasks to be performed in the blasting area. * Raise requests for raw materials and supplies in order to inform the respective supervisor. * Verify the condition of equipment, electronic detonators, and the availability of human resources required for efficient blasting operations according to Enaex standards. * Program electronic detonators with equipment following established protocols. * Perform priming, tying, and charging of pre-split drill holes when required. * Conduct reconciliation of used accessories to control the efficient use of products. * Verify the quality of priming, charge control, and hole stemming to ensure proper blasting execution. * Compare hole and pattern conditions against the corresponding tie-up plan to ensure correct blasting results. * Coordinate resource allocation together with the supervisor for blasting operations. * Guide and correct actions that do not comply with drill charging protocols or involve unsafe behaviors. REQUIREMENTS: * 4 years of experience in blasting operations * Preferably 3 years of experience leading blasting processes. * Preferably 1 year of experience programming electronic detonators. * Preferably a titled, registered, and licensed engineer in mining engineering, geology, or related fields.
