




MISSION: Efficiently supervise resources (equipment and personnel) to fulfill the contract established with the client. FUNCTIONS: * Verify correct detonator programming and/or connection. * Verify availability of resources for operations, or request them in a timely manner. * Inspect the blast site before and after execution. * Ensure the work team has the necessary tools to perform tasks. * Collect information and generate reports regarding the blasting process. * Conduct site inspections to assess blasting feasibility and safety analysis. * Verify explosive magazine reconciliation and its relation to charged shots. * Assist in planning refueling for factory trucks. * Ensure achievement of team goals and timelines. * Guide and correct employee behaviors. * Monitor team performance and member development. * Ensure customer needs are met. * Coordinate blasting activities with the client and provide process reports. * Support measurement, material transport, wiring, priming, charging, and stemming of blast holes. REQUIREMENTS: * At least 4 years of experience in blasting processes. * Licensed, registered, and qualified professional engineer in mining engineering, geology, or related fields. * Class A2B driver's license.
