




DESCRIPTION A leading company in the hydrocarbons sector is seeking a Manager of Exploration, Production and Pipeline to perform the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Prepare and evaluate technical studies in geosciences, production, drilling and weight services * Direct, evaluate and supervise the execution of development plans and programs for the blocks in which the company participates, considering economic, environmental and social sustainability while ensuring international standards in environmental protection, safety and health. * Supervise and control contractual obligations, investment budgets and operational management, as well as keep updated the economic models of exploitation contracts in which the company participates. * Participate in field activities during implementation and promote the adoption of best practices and new technologies during reservoir exploitation * Negotiate contracts, agreements, etc. Identify, evaluate and realize synergies with different operators of oil blocks; as well as other activities and businesses * REQUIREMENTS * Academic Background: Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology or related fields. * Graduate Studies: Master's degree in MBA or Master in Project and/or Operations Management, administration or fields related to the position (mandatory) * Experience: 10 years of experience (calculated from graduation), including 4 years in specific professional roles in managerial, supervisory, advisory or equivalent positions leading and/or advising areas of exploration and production, geology, production geology, petroleum operations, technical services, petroleum services, pipeline operations, pipeline maintenance, engineering management, pipeline projects or similar characteristics or responsibilities, within public or private companies or entities.
