Job Opportunity – Minera Casma S.A.C. **Position:** Blending Geologist **Location:** Lomas II Unit – Casma, Áncash **Work Schedule:** 20x10 Job Requirements * Graduate in Geological Engineering or Geology. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar roles (sampling, ore control, blending). * Experience in underground mining (gold and polymetallic, mechanized and conventional). * Proficiency with **sampling equipment**. * Proficient in **AutoCAD, GIS, Advanced Excel, and Geostatistics**. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate daily blending of ore sent to the plant. * Supervise and verify sampling of ore piles at the mineral yard. * Monitor achievement of planned vs. actual grade. * Ensure QA/QC for shipped ore. * Lead improvement projects in the blending process. * Report and analyze production indicators.
