Responsibilities * Conduct scheduled technical visits to mining operations to identify improvement opportunities and develop slope stability projects. * Prepare technical presentations for Managers, Superintendents, and Mine and Geotechnical Department Heads explaining the Wall Control, Full Control methodologies, and best practices from blasting. * Develop work plans outlining start-to-finish stages for improvement projects using low-density explosives, optimization techniques, geotechnical characterization, and/or advanced blasting methods. * Create databases of geotechnical team leaders from our strategic partners for training sessions and workshops. * Plan, organize, and coordinate the company's participation as a presenter at in-person and virtual geotechnical events (seminars, conferences, lectures, others). * Develop value propositions focused on slope stability improvements originating from enhanced blasting through control applications and their impact on KPIs such as Design Factor and Condition. * Generate continuous improvement projects using reconciliation tools correlating KPIs with implemented designs. * Communicate and propose new solutions to quantify blasting impacts on slope stability using digital technologies and tools incorporating geotechnical characterization parameters and reconciliation. * Monitor the progress of work plans and commitments made during technical visits with our mining partners. * Build correlation models using digital tools to determine the impact of improved slope stability resulting from the application of Wall Control methodologies. * Generate continuous improvement reports using simulation tools based on reconciliation software such as Sirovision and design software like Paradigm. * Produce reports and documentation demonstrating achieved results from proposals, supported by data science analysis quantifying benefits for our mining partners. * Deliver high-impact presentations clearly, concisely, and technically illustrating summaries of value propositions to clients. Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mining industry (preferred) * Minimum of 3 years of experience in mine geotechnical operations (preferred) * Degree in Geological Engineering with specialization studies and knowledge in geotechnics * Preferred knowledge of geotechnical software RockScience Suite (SLIDE, RocFall, RocPlane, Slide, among others) * Preferred knowledge of geotechnical reconciliation software Vulcan Compliance, finite element software FLAC (Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua), Plaxis, statistical software Minitab, PixPro, Sirovision for structural surveys via textured surfaces using drones * Advanced Microsoft Office, Autodesk Civil 3D * Drone operation skills with MAVIC, DJI, AUTEL EVO (preferred)
