We are currently seeking a professional for the position of **Project Manager – Civil Geotechnics** to consolidate our database for future projects. Proven experience in project portfolio management, management and execution of civil, geotechnical and hydraulic projects, and multidisciplinary integration. Experience in development of studies (pre-feasibility, feasibility) and basic engineering for large-scale mining. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and lead engineering teams to successfully complete engineering studies for mining projects * Define the Project Execution Plan and schedules, then maintain proper control * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering efforts for timely review and delivery of project deliverables * Review and analyze engineering deliverables to ensure safety, quality, and constructability of project outputs * Review weekly and monthly project progress reports * Report changes in scope and/or budget to the client and/or company management, prepare resulting change orders, and update the submitted schedule forecast * Lead client and internal meetings, ensuring proper cost tracking * Ensure achievement of project financial indicators (Gross Margin, WIP, invoicing and payments) * Provide support on technical proposals together with technical specialists, considering strategy, scope, assumptions, exclusions, and execution plan * Verify budget execution according to contract terms and ensure achievement of the economic objectives set in the project's initial budget * Report project status to engineering team management * Comply with company quality management system guidelines and procedures related to the position * Other duties related to the role’s responsibilities **Requirements:** * Formal education: Degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields * Proven experience of more than 15 years in this or similar roles, particularly in mining project engineering * Postgraduate studies in project and portfolio management * Based in Lima with availability to travel to mine sites for technical visits **Process:** * Applications must be submitted directly through our corporate career portal; applications via other channels will not be accepted * We will only contact candidates selected for an interview * Relocation costs are not covered.
