**Profile:** * Civil Engineer / Geological Engineer / Mining / Metallurgical / Industrial or related fields - University degree, graduated, registered and licensed. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production areas. * Experience in specialized geotechnical work with knowledge in various drilling systems, cement injections, slope stabilization, civil works. * Advanced Office, Autocad, Ms project. **Responsibilities:** * Lead all preparatory actions for project execution. * Prepare and notify the list of requirements, workforce, and subcontracting within the budget. * Review, formulate, and manage personnel and equipment scheduling aimed at achieving efficiency and productivity in each process. * Execute daily production reports, modifications, and changes in scheduling. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Professional growth. * Access to training options tailored to your position, as well as continuous learning.
