




Mission: Supervise the compliance of the elements that make up the safety, occupational health, and environmental management system in order to reduce deviations in processes that could result in losses to people, equipment, and/or operational continuity. Functions: Monitor the action plan for controlling identified risks. * Participate in the development of baseline IPERC and ensure its required updates. * Advise line management in generating risk inventories for all processes related to risk prevention. * Train personnel on SSOMA topics, inductions, and training sessions according to the program. * Generate monthly SSOMA management reports including accident indicators, inspection results, among others. * Conduct accident analyses using tools and methodologies established by the HSEC system. * Identify worker exposure agents to hazards. * Halt operations or tasks in high-risk situations until such hazardous conditions are eliminated or minimized. * Ensure the continuous presence of a supervisor during high-risk tasks, according to risk assessments. * Report progress and compliance of the SSOMA program to SSOMA management. * Supervise the use of personal protective equipment and protection systems for equipment (technical sheets and quality certifications). * Supervise compliance with the SSOMA Management System (integrated corporate HSEC\-PSM management system), policies, manuals, and internal safety regulations for both internal and external personnel. * Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in safety and/or SSOMA areas within mining activities (desirable) * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in blasting (desirable) * Professional degree and registered member in mining engineering, geology, metallurgy, or related fields * Specialized training or studies in safety and environment with a minimum duration of 120 hours * Knowledge of laws, decrees, and regulations related to safety and environment in mining activities * Blasting process knowledge if required for operations * Chemical processes knowledge if required for Plant * Class A2B or A1 driver's license (minimum 3 years of validity) * Reside in Lima
