REQUIREMENTS * Graduate, registered and licensed in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy or related fields. * Diploma in occupational health and safety. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SSOMA engineer in the mining sector. * Experience in high-risk operations and accident investigations. * Experience in internal and external audits. * Solid knowledge of Law 29783, D.S. 024 and its amendment. * Experience in ISO 45001 and 9001 certification. * Availability to work at San Isidro office. * Willingness to travel to various Mining Units when required. * Immediate availability - MANDATORY FUNCTIONS * Coordinate compliance with all procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements. * Maintain updated information and/or documentation of the integrated management system and the client's and company's SSOMA plans. * Prepare reports on indicators, safety, health, and environmental statistics. * Identify and report improvement opportunities through appropriate reports and communication channels. * Participate in inspections and audits of activities to ensure compliance with current SSOMA legal regulations, and lead investigations of all incidents and accidents to implement preventive and corrective actions. * Report monthly on performance achieved in managing Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental practices at Mining Units. * Conduct periodic visits to the manufacturing workshop to supervise execution of planned activities. CONDITIONS * Work location: San Isidro Office, Carabayllo Workshop, and Operational Units. * Office hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
