DESCRIPTION A leading company in the hydrocarbons sector is seeking a Manager of Exploration, Production and Oil Pipeline to perform the following functions: Functions: * Prepare and evaluate technical studies in geosciences, production, drilling and weight services * Direct, evaluate and supervise the execution of plans and programs for development projects in the blocks in which the company participates, considering economic, environmental and social sustainability, ensuring international standards in environmental care, safety and health. * Supervise and control contractual obligations, investment budgets and operational management, as well as keep updated the economic models of exploitation contracts in which the company participates. * Participate in field activities during execution and promote the implementation of best practices and new technologies during reservoir exploitation * Negotiate contracts, agreements, etc. Identify, evaluate and realize synergies with different operators of oil blocks; as well as other activities and businesses * REQUIREMENTS * Academic Background: Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology or related fields. * Postgraduate: Master's degree in MBA or Master's in Project and/or Operations Management, administration or related to the position (mandatory) * Experience: 10 years of experience (counted from graduation), 4 years of professional experience in managerial, supervisory, advisory or equivalent positions leading and/or advising exploration and production areas, geology, production geology, petroleum operations, technical services, oilfield services, operations, oil pipeline operations, oil pipeline maintenance, engineering management, pipeline projects or similar characteristics or responsibilities, in public or private companies or entities.
