We are a mining sector company and we are currently looking for a **PLANNING ENGINEER** with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate in Mining Engineering. \- Knowledge of mining operations, costs, and planning. \- 02 years of experience in similar positions. \- Availability to work under a 14x07 schedule at the mining camp in San Juan de Chorunga, Arequipa. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Provide technical assistance in planning, implementation of appropriate equipment, cost evaluation, and monitoring the linear progress of mining entrepreneurs and/or subcontractors. \- Participate in the evaluation and development of projects together with the Geology department for subcontractors. \- Develop cost structures for mining exploitation contracts. \- Perform measurement of mining works to generate productivity reports. \- Coordinate corrective maintenance needs in case of unexpected issues with equipment and machinery. \- Prepare and monitor compliance with subcontractors' mining plans. \- Provide technical support to artisanal miners in various areas. \- Identify improvement opportunities, problems, and develop solution proposals. *"We are committed to equal opportunities and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, maternity, or any other personal condition"* Job type: Full-time Application questions: * 1\.
