Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key job responsibilities:** * Provide local technical leadership as Senior Reviewer within the Water Resources group of the Earth \& Environment sector in Peru, interacting and collaborating with other senior business leaders. * Act as project manager across a wide range of water resources studies in engineering and mining projects, from conceptual planning through to detailed engineering and construction phases. * Lead and contribute to proposals and opportunity management, including frequent client interaction as WSP's technical representative. * Provide technical expertise in hydrogeological and hydrological assessments, groundwater modeling, water balances, and evaluations for water management infrastructure improvements. * Prepare technical and economic projects and proposals. * Develop and review numerical and conceptual hydrogeological models. * Plan and design fieldwork activities such as monitoring and flow measurements, surface and groundwater source inventories, supervision of drillings and hydraulic tests, geological and hydrogeological mapping. * Plan field operations and manage resources. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. * Deliver technical support in innovative and collaborative multidisciplinary company projects. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in all assigned activities, among others. **Professional background:** * Degree in Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields. * MSc in Hydrogeology, Geology (with hydrogeology specialization), or Civil/Environmental Engineering (with hydrogeology specialization). * Minimum of 13 years of experience in positions related to hydrogeology and/or integrated water resources management. * Proven experience in numerical groundwater modeling, knowledge of software such as FEFLOW, MODFLOW (Groundwater Vistas, GMS or Visual MODFLOW). * Strong knowledge of geology, hydrogeology, hydrology, hydrochemistry, water quality, and environmental technical studies. \#Peru \#LI\-VVB **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 13**Job Posting** Jul 4, 2025, 10:54:34 AM
