We are ENAEX, a subsidiary company of the Sigdo Koppers group, with over 100 years of experience in the explosives market and the leading global producer of low-density Ammonium Nitrate, as well as the most important provider of integrated rock fragmentation services for mining in Chile and Latin America. Currently, we are seeking: HSECQ SUPERVISOR. **Functions:** * Supervise the use of personal protective equipment related to personnel and equipment protection (technical sheets and quality certifications). * Supervise compliance with the HSECQ Management System (integrated HSEC-PSM corporate management system), policies, manuals, and internal safety regulations for both internal and external personnel. * Follow up on the action plan for controlling identified risks. * Participate in the development of baseline IPERC and monitor its required updates. * Advise the chain of command in generating risk inventories for all processes associated with risk prevention. * Train workers on HSECQ matters, inductions, and training according to the program. * Generate monthly HSECQ management reports including accident indicators and incident reports. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and registered professional in mining engineering, geology, metallurgy, or related fields * Desirable 4 years of experience in safety areas and/or OSHMS within mining activities * Desirable 2 years of experience in blasting * Valid driver's license A2A or A2B * Knowledge of laws, decrees, and regulations related to safety and environment in mining operations * Training or specialized studies in safety and environment with a minimum duration of 120 hours. * Knowledge of the blasting process.
