Currently, we are looking for: HSECQ SUPERVISOR. **Functions:** * Supervise the use of personal protective equipment related to personnel and protective equipment for machinery (technical sheets and quality certifications). * Supervise compliance with the HSECQ Management System (integrated corporate HSEC-PSM management system), policies, manuals, and internal safety regulations for both internal and external personnel. * Monitor the action plan for controlling identified risks. * Participate in the development of baseline IPERC and ensure its required updates. * Advise the operational line in generating risk inventories for all processes related to risk prevention. * Provide HSECQ training, inductions, and training programs according to the schedule for workers. * Generate monthly HSECQ management reports including accident indicators and incident reports. **Requirements:** * Graduate and registered professional in mining engineering, geology, metallurgy, or related fields * Desirable 4 years of experience in safety areas and/or SSOMA within mining operations * Desirable 2 years of experience in blasting * Class A2A or A2B driver's license * Knowledge of laws, decrees, and regulations related to safety and environmental management in mining activities * Specialized training or studies in safety and environment with a minimum duration of 120 hours * Knowledge of the blasting process.
