The company **INGEM** is looking for a **Supervisor SSOMA** for the flora and environmental rescue project at the **Zafranal Mine – Majes, Pedregal**. **Required profile:** * Professional degree and licensed in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or related fields (Mining, Geology, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Hygiene and Safety). * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in mining projects and in the Occupational Health area. * Leadership and team management skills for safety and high-risk operations. **Specific knowledge:** * Occupational Health. * ISO Management Systems. * Internal audits of management systems. * Development and implementation of SSOMA procedures and policies. * Preparation of reports and management indicators. * Training and awareness sessions for personnel. **Main responsibilities:** * Implement and maintain the Safety Program with the goal of achieving **zero accidents**. * Develop, approve, and disseminate the Risk Prevention and Safety Program. * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations. * Supervise heavy machinery. * Conduct planned and unplanned inspections. * Investigate and review accident and incident reports. * Deliver Occupational Health and Safety talks. * Analyze sustainability impacts related to health, safety, and environment. **Working conditions:** * **Schedule/Regime:** 8 hours per day / 14x7 – Atypical. * **Employment regime:** Regular. * **Work location:** Site – Zafranal Mine. * **Contract duration:** 3 months (with possibility of extension to 6 months). * **Number of vacancies:** 2\. * **Remuneration:** S/ 4,500 monthly.
